Job Summary:
As Account Executive, this role is a champion of the TPP product to bring on new SaaS business from the catering community. From qualification, demos, and strategic follow-ups the position constantly seeks to connect in a personal way.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform educational product demos
- Follow-up on leads post demo
- Find key decision makers in the sales process
- Advocate for TPP Pay
- Qualify new website leads when pipeline is not at maximum
- Post-sale communication to drive expansion
- Solicit software demonstrations and sales from past leads who did not purchase
- Handle objections to buying
- Ability to determine the best course of action in problem solving, objection handling, with the autonomy to make independent judgment calls and decisions that are the best course of action for both our customers and our business
Primary Qualifications:

Job Summary: Our Business Development Representatives are intellectually curious and results-driven professionals looking to jumpstart their careers. As a Business Development Representative, you will act as an extension of our sales team to develop and execute business development strategies. You will be exposed to a wide variety of sales and marketing programs and business challenges from day one, which significantly enhances your professional perspective.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive positive customer experiences as the first impression our brand, team and of the Total Party Planner platform
- Qualify leads & schedule live product demonstrations with key decision-makers in businesses – including lead qualification and assignment to the sales team
- Diligently document progress within our CRM
- Researching companies, and identifying key players in various industries and verticals.
- Work closely with Account Executive and Sales Management Team to deliver high-quality sales opportunities
- Coordinating with Sales & Marketing Operations on sales enablement initiatives, list and audience building, and campaign deployment
Primary Qualifications:
- 1-2 years work experience in a related field

Multiple tools such as webinar-based training, comprehensive video creation, and up-to-date help documentation are some of the things we use to create the experience. The Client Care team also works closely with our development team to communicate customer service issues. Proactively reaching out to our clients to gauge their training and support needs is also critical.
