Training packages

Our successful start program, included in your setup,  gives you the head start you need to succeed with Total Party Planner right from the get go. We’ll work closely with you and your team to put together a game plan that makes sense for YOUR company.

As time progresses, your time is often better spent working on the business than training new staff.  Let our client care team help get your new employees acclimated with the program and the systems you have set up.

On-site training

If you are looking for on-site training, we will be happy to find a time that suits you and your and crew.

Project management

This program offers enhanced support that goes beyond our onboarding and training programs. This project management service is for companies that want a bigger-picture look at their current operation and how expand on the functionality of Total Party Planner. The TPP client care project manager will work one on one with your team to learn where you are with company operations and to look for gaps and growth opportunities. If you’re feeling stuck or are uncertain of what the next best step is for your company, this service could be a fast track to some answers and some momentum.

Data importing

TPP provides data importing at no extra cost during your initial onboarding. If you have a fresh set of prospects or menu items that you need help with later, our client care team can help you get that data into your system quickly and efficiently

Data entry

TPP can provide data entry support when needed.

Data query or data updates

Whether you have a one-time request for data updating (inventory, taxes, pricing, etc..) or maybe you need a special query built to meet your daily reporting needs, our development team will help you find the right solution.
