TPP Pay FAQ

What are your rates?

We offer custom rates that will meet or beat your current provider’s rates. Simply share about 3 months of Merchant Statements from your current credit card processor and we will send back an analysis showing what you paid during that time frame vs what you would have paid with the new custom rate we are offering.

Not currently using a merchant? No problem, we have a very competitive default program rate for new accounts.

Do you offer ACH/eCheck and what are the rates?

All TPP Pay accounts are able to have ACH/eCheck processing with the rates as follows:

  • .25% of the total transaction
  • .25 cents per transaction
When is the cutoff time for daily transactions?

Transactions processed before 8:05 CST Monday – Friday will be considered processed on that day. Anything after this time will be considered the next business day*.

*TPP Pay considers all major banking holidays as non-business days.

When do I get my funds from transactions I have processed?

Any transactions processed before 8:05 CST Monday – Friday will be deposited as follows:

  • Credit/Debit – 2 business days
  • ACH/eCheck – 5-7 business days

Next day funding for credit/debit transactions is available for an additional $20 per month.

When are fees taken out?

By default all accounts are set to have the processing rate and per transaction charge taken before the funds are deposited. Card brand fees are debited from the connected bank account around the 15th of the month after the previous month’s activity.

You can request to have all fees deducted around the 15th of the month after the previous month’s activity. This option has a fee of 0.03% which is calculated on your total processing volume that month.

How long am I obligated to keep my TPP Pay account?

You are entering an agreement to a one year term, but can cancel with a 90 day notice.

What countries is TPP Pay available in?

TPP Pay is only available for accounts in the United States*.

*US Territories are not able to use TPP Pay

Are you PCI compliant? How is the data secured?

Fullsteam Pay is a Level 1 PCI compliant Payment Gateway.

Do you offer credit card terminals?

Not at this time.
