How long does it take to set up and begin using TPP's catering software?

This depends on the size of the company. When you sign on with TPP, we’ll enroll you in our Setup Success Program. You’ll get unlimited personalized training while we get you set up, a dedicated trainer and data entry.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

You can pay for TPP from month-to-month but you’ll save 10% with annual billing.

What web browsers work with TPP?

Our web-based catering software works with major web browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Can I change plans?

You can upgrade to the next level plan anytime, however, prorated fees may apply.

Is the TPP catering software only for larger catering companies?

Not at all! Our catering software is designed to help catering companies of all sizes, from one-man operations to multimillion-dollar organizations, manage their catering business. We are proud to have helped small caterers grow into larger catering companies!

What types of payment do you accept?

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. Our platform is hosted with a secure IT company. We trust and have a professional relationship with them.

Is there a setup fee or yearly maintenance fee?

We charge a one-time implementation fee of $1,000 for Feast and Delicacy. Nibble accounts are charged $600 with Data Entry. If you are not interested in Data Entry, please talk to a sales team member about the pricing.

We do not charge a yearly maintenance fee.

Are there per-user fees?

Nibble offers 1 user, Feast offers 2 users, Delicacy offers 3 users, and each additional user is just $25 per month!

TPP does not currently integrate with any Online Ordering platforms but that may change in the future. Please stay tuned!

Can I manage multiple stores from TPP Catering Software?

Absolutely! We offer solutions for businesses with multiple locations and for those with multiple separate businesses. Ask about our Business Locations feature to manage multiple stores on a single TPP account or create multiple TPP accounts and easily switch between them using our Linked Accounts feature.
