Total Party Planner is an industry leader focusing on designing software for the catering industry. For the past 23
years we have been delivering exceptional solutions to challenging business problems. With our fast-growing staff
of approximately 16, TPP helps clients across the entire US and Canada. We also serve international markets such
as Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Our clients rely on our product to run their operations and is
considered “mission critical”.
The QA role is the glue of the TPP Engineering Team. By rigorously testing each ticket (via a combination of
hands-on testing and automated systems), we can ensure that TPP is a smooth and effortless experience for our
clients each time we release new features! You will constantly be collaborating with various departments, including
Engineering, Product, and Client Care, which provides a great opportunity to learn each aspect of our diverse
company!

Primary Responsibilities:
● Execute existing testing structure (including manual and automated testing suites)
● Troubleshoot issues and suggest corrections (internal & external ticket submissions)
● Communicate effectively with Product Lead, Engineering and Client Care Departments
● Work well in both a team and individual environment
● Ensure product meets specifications and standards of excellence
● Focused testing on an individual tickets, while keeping the big picture in mind
● Prioritize testing of most user-crucial issues

Experience:
● 4 year college degree in computer science or equivalent
● 1 to 2 years practical quality assurance experience
