When is the cutoff time for daily transactions?

Transactions processed before 8:05 CST Monday – Friday will be considered processed on that day. When do I get my funds from transactions I have processed?

Any transactions processed before 8:05 CST Monday – Friday will be deposited as follows: Credit/Debit – 2 business days ACH/eCheck – 5-7 business days Next day funding for credit/debit transactions is available for an additional $20 per month.

When are fees taken out?

By default all accounts are set to have the processing rate and per transaction charge taken before the funds are deposited. Card brand fees are debited from the connected bank account around the 15th of the month after the previous month’s activity. You can request to have all fees deducted around the 15th of the month after the previous month’s activity. This option has a fee of 0.03% which is calculated on your total processing volume that month.

How long am I obligated to keep my TPP Pay account?

You are entering an agreement to a one year term, but can cancel with a 90 day notice.

What countries is TPP Pay available in?

TPP Pay is only available for accounts in the United States and Canada*. *US Territories are not able to use TPP Pay TPPPay is powered by Fullsteam Operations LLC in the United States and FS Payments Canada Ltd in Canada.
