TPP Pay FAQ

Receive custom rates that will meet or beat your current provider’s rates. Simply share about 3 months of Merchant Statements from your current credit card processor and you will receive an analysis showing what you paid during that time frame vs what you would have paid with the new custom rate. Not currently using a merchant? No problem, receive competitive default program rates for new accounts. TPPPay is powered by Fullsteam Operations LLC in the United States and FS Payments Canada Ltd in Canada.

All TPP Pay accounts are able to have ACH/eCheck processing with the rates as follows: .25% of the total transaction .25 cents per transaction TPPPay is powered by Fullsteam Operations LLC in the United States and FS Payments Canada Ltd in Canada.

Transactions processed before 8:05 CST Monday – Friday will be considered processed on that day. Anything after this time will be considered the next business day*. *TPP Pay considers all major banking holidays as non-business days. TPPPay is powered by Fullsteam Operations LLC in the United States and FS Payments Canada Ltd in Canada.

Any transactions processed before 8:05 CST Monday – Friday will be deposited as follows: Credit/Debit – 2 business days ACH/eCheck – 5-7 business days Next day funding for credit/debit transactions is available for an additional $20 per month.

By default all accounts are set to have the processing rate and per transaction charge taken before the funds are deposited. Card brand fees are debited from the connected bank account around the 15th of the month after the previous month’s activity. You can request to have all fees deducted around the 15th of the month after the previous month’s activity. This option has a fee of 0.03% which is calculated on your total processing volume that month.

You are entering an agreement to a one year term, but can cancel with a 90 day notice.

TPP Pay is only available for accounts in the United States and Canada*. *US Territories are not able to use TPP Pay TPPPay is powered by Fullsteam Operations LLC in the United States and FS Payments Canada Ltd in Canada.
