Step 3: Begin attending Family Style Sessions Practice creating Events in TPP with as many details as possible. Bring written or noted questions to each Family Style Session to be answered by the Onboarding Specialist.

Step 4: Integration adoption TPP Pay active and processing, Esign Integration active and understood, QuickBooks for Accounting if desired, Nowsta or StaffMate if desired. Google Sync if desired.

Step 1: Have Your Kick-Off Call Have any Account specific questions ready to be answered by your Onboarding Specialist. During Kick-Off call schedule at least three upcoming Onboarding Training Sessions (Front of House or Back of House). Proceed with TPP Account Setup : Business Information, Profile and Preferences, Taxing Location, Email Connection, add a Catering Contract.
