Important Information for Firefox Users
Are you using TPP in Firefox and having issues pulling up your PDF reports? Firefox did an update recently that included an in-browser PDF reader. Because of this, Firefox might have reset whatever plug-in you were using to pull up PDFs which may have resulted in difficulties in viewing them.
To fix this, in Firefox, please navigate to ‘Tools’>’Options’>’Applications’ and find where it says ‘Portable Document File’. To the left of that option, it should say ‘Preview In Firefox’. You will want to click that and change it to ‘Use Adobe Acrobat(in Firefox)’.
